Just made 3 loaves of bread today, I am going to keep one in preparation for a special Easter bread and butter pudding, the white loaf should have dried out enough by then.

I enjoy bread and butter puddings made with many different tyes of breads and cakes, a personal favourite is a rich and buttery Brioche, I haven’t tried hot cross buns as a base before but I am very tempted to give it a go some time.
